地方圏における専門学校教育の意義とは何か
職業－地域的社会化の観点から

職業的社会化を通した地域的社会化の観点からみた地方圏における専門学校教育の意義とは何か。この問いにアプローチするために、本論では、職業－地域的社会化の観点を設定し、その観点から長野県の4つの専門学校の教育を検討した。その結果、地方圏における専門学校は、職業教育を通して、職業－地域社会のメンバーを育成し、それらのメンバーを職業－地域社会に受け入れさせる土壌を形成している、ことを示すことができた。その実態や意義がとらえられることがなかった地方圏における専門学校教育の意義を、職業－地域的社会化の観点から描き出したことに、本論の学術的な意義がある。また、専門学校教育を把握する際のとらえ方として、職業－地域的社会化という観点が有効であることを示すことができたことも、本論の意義である。
The Significance of Professional Training Colleges in Regional Areas
from the Perspective of Occupational and Regional Socialization
Abstract
What is the significance of professional training college education in regional areas, from the perspective of regional socialization through occupational socialization?
To approach the above question, we established the perspective of occupational-regional socialization and examined the education provided by four professional training colleges in Nagano Prefecture, from this viewpoint. The results demonstrated that professional training colleges in regional areas cultivate members of occupational-regional communities through vocational education and form the foundation for integrating these members into occupational-regional communities. The academic significance of this study lies in delineating the significance of professional training college education in regional areas — a significance that had previously been difficult to grasp — from the perspective of vocational-regional socialization. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that the perspective of vocational-regional socialization is an effective approach for understanding professional training college education, which is another significant contribution of this work.
