若年無業者支援ならびに関連性のある＜ひきこもり＞支援における家政学的知見導入の意義
抄録
本稿では、昨今の8050問題に付随する中高年＜ひきこもり＞の出現過程を手掛かりに論を進める。次に、若年無業者の実態、若年無業者対策の展開を概観し、その課題を抽出した。そして就労支援の視点からは若年無業者に含まれる＜ひきこもり＞についてその支援の課題、ならびに当事者、支援者双方による恣意的な運用にも言及し、その支援と課題についても明らかにした。これらの知見から、支援のミスマッチといえる現状から支援観の転換を模索し、その必要性と概念、家政学的な概念という具体的な方法を提示した。
本稿における課題は、この論旨について理論的構築にとどまっており、実証的な知見の提示にまでは及んでいない点である。
Significance of the introduction of homeeconomics knowledge in support for young unemployed people and ＜hikikomori＞
Abstract
In this paper, we <hikikomori> will proceed with the theory using clues from the emergence of middle-aged and elderly people accompanying the recent 8050 problem. Next, we gave an overview of the actual situation of young unemployed people and the development of measures against young unemployed people, and extracted the issues. From the perspective of employment support, he also referred to the issues of support for young unemployed persons and the <hikikomori> arbitrary operation of both parties and supporters, and clarified the support and issues. Based on these findings, we sought a shift in the view of support from the current situation, which can be said to be a mismatch in support, and presented concrete methods of necessity and concept, as well as the concept of home economics. The problem in this paper is that it is limited to theoretical construction of this thesis, and does not extend to the presentation of empirical knowledge.
