人間的発達支援としての天職能力開発
―職業教育への偏見と誤解を解く観点―
抄録
わが国には独特の教育観による職業教育への忌避観がある。この基には無知と偏見による誤解があると考える。それは、「徒弟（制度）」への偏見であり、「教育」と「訓練」への誤解であり、そして実習の観念的解釈である。これらの偏見や誤解を解き、本稿では人間的発達を支援する「天職能力開発」の意義を提示する。そして、今後の課題として、これまでの方法とは全く異なった協働の方法の追求が求められることを提起する。
Developing Education as a Calling, to Support Human Development
― Perspectives to dispel prejudices and misunderstandings about vocational education ―
Abstract
In Japan, there is an aversion to vocational education due to a unique view of “Kyou-Iku”. The author think that this is due to misunderstanding due to ignorance and prejudice. These comprise prejudice against the “apprenticeship system”, a misunderstanding of “education” and “training,” and an ideological interpretation of practical training. To resolve these misunderstandings, this paper presents the significance of “developing education as a calling” in supporting human development. Then, as a future task, we will pursue a completely different method of collaboration from the past.
