コロナ禍で行う地域リハビリテーション活動支援事業の課題とは
―介護予防活動参加者および主催者に対するアンケート調査より―

要旨
【目的】コロナ禍での地域住民主催の通いの場の運営状況、コロナ禍での地域活動や通いの場に参加する心情、通いの場での感染対策などのアンケート調査を行い、今後のコロナ禍での地域活動や通いの場、介護予防に対する課題を検討する。【方法】神奈川県横須賀市地域の介護予防講習会の参加者43名、主催者６名を対象に、コロナ感染後の介護予防事業に関してアンケート調査を実施した。【結果】参加者の介護予防意識は高く、80％以上の地域活動は内容を変更し再開されている。しかしながらオンラインを用いた運営に関しては高齢者の参加減少が示唆される。コロナワクチンの有効性について参加者と主催者で意見の違いが見られた。【考察】地域活動は再開され始め良い方向に向かっている。反面、参加者・主催者の不安は感染対策であり正しい知識の共有、地域特性に沿った感染対策が課題である。

Abstract
[Purpose] Conducting a questionnaire survey on the operation status of community-sponsored gatherings hosted by local residents during the corona crisis, feelings of participating in community activities and gatherings during the corona crisis, infection control measures at the gatherings, etc. We will examine the challenges for community activities, commuting places, and nursing care prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic. [Method] A questionnaire survey was conducted on preventive care projects after COVID-19 infection among 43 participants and 6 organizers of a preventive care seminar in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. [Results] The awareness of care prevention among the participants was high, and more than 80％ of the community activities were resumed after changing the content. However, it is suggested that the participation of elderly people is decreasing for online management. There was a difference of opinion between the participants and the organizers about the effectiveness of the corona vaccine. [Discussion] Local activities have started to resume and are heading in a good direction. On the other hand, participants and organizers are worried about infection control, sharing correct knowledge, and infection control according to regional characteristics.
