インクルーシブ・インクワイアリー・アプローチの紹介
―国際的な実証実験からのレビュー―
抄録
本稿は、教育システム内に、包括と公平（インクルーシブ・インクワイアリー）を組み込むアプローチを提唱したAinscowのインクルーシブ・インクワイアリー・アプローチの紹介と、国際的な実証研究を通して、包括と公平を促進するための方法を提言する。これらのプロセスを考える一つの方法は、「エクイティの相互関係（ecology of equity）」の中でリンクしていると考えることである。その相互関係は、「学校内（Within schools）」、「学校間（Between schools）」、「学校外（Beyond schools）」の３つの相互関係を有する領域を考えることが有用である。協調的で持続的な取り組みを促す努力のため、政策立案や実務レベルからの見直しも必要になるだろう。つまり、これらのレベルにおける実現可能な内容を想像する能力を高め、それを実現するための責務を各国は強める必要があると云えるだろう。
Introduction to the Inclusive Inquiry Approachs
― Review from international demonstrations ―
Abstract
This paper introduces Ainscow’s Inclusive Inquiry Approach, which advocates an approach to embedding inclusion and equity （inclusivity） within education systems, and suggests ways to promote inclusion and equity through international empirical research. One way to think of these processes is as linked within an “ecology of equity”. It is useful to think of these interrelationships as having three interrelated areas: “Within schools”, “Between schools” and “Beyond schools”. In an effort to encourage concerted and sustained efforts, there will also need to be a review from a policy-making and practical level.In other words, countries will need to increase their capacity to imagine what is feasible at these levels and strengthen their responsibility to make it happen.
