介護施設における本人のニーズを重視した個別支援（ケア）を適切に行うための方法として「介護過程」の実践に関しての考察

要旨
本本研究は、介護過程についての先行研究レビュー及び主要テキストにおける介護過程の比較検討を行う中で現状と課題を明らかにすると共に、介護施設での介護過程の実践を考察した。
結果として、介護過程については、テキストの中でも定義やアセスメント、プロセス、評価、ケアマネジメントとの関係において、看護過程や社会福祉援助技術、介護保険制度のケアマネジメントなど、どの手法を取り入れたかによって違いが見られ、未だ統一されていないことが明らかとなった。
今後、介護施設で介護過程を実践していくためには、介護福祉教育の中で統一された定義や、方法を教授していく事が前提となる。
その上で介護施設において、職業教育の中で介護過程を取り入れ、学習していくと共に、介護施設での実践を行う必要がある。

Abstract
In this research, we clarified the current conditions and issues in the care process by reviewing previous research on the care process and conducting a comparative study of the care process in the main texts, and also by considering the implementation of the care process at care facilities.
Our results found that, regarding the care process, in relation to the definitions, assessments, processes, evaluations, and relationships with care management, differences were found among the texts depending on which method was adopted, such as nursing process, social welfare aid technology, long-term care insurance system, or care management, and it was clear that consistency is lacking.
In the future, in order to implement the care process in care welfare facilities, it is a prerequisite to teach unified definitions and methods at care welfare education. Further-more, it is necessary to incorporate and learn care processes in vocational education at care facilities, and to implement these at care facilities.
