人間中心で考える「介護福祉」の課題と展望

要旨
現代人の未来への失望感と介護の関係を考えた。現代日本における介護福祉支援の重要性を、現代人の未来展望の回復という観点から考察した。そのうえで、豊かな介護は、ICFによる活動を目標とすることで生まれる。また、ICFの観点から、看護と介護の目標の違いを整理した。この介護はADLだけではなくIADLも対象とする。その為に介護過程と介護診断の重要性を指摘した。
A Consideration of the Issues and Prospects of People-Centred “Activity Care Welfare”

Abstract
I considered the relationship between the feeling of hopelessness in regard to the future of modern people, and activity care, and observed the importance of supporting activity care by restoring the future prospects of modern people. Comprehensive activity care is created by aiming to achieve activities utilizing ICF. I summarized the differences between activity care and nursing care goals, from the viewpoint of ICF. This activity care covers not only ADL but also IADL. Accordingly, I pointed out the importance of the activity care process and the activity care diagnosis.
