子どもの親化としてのヤングケアラーに関する尺度開発および家族スタイルとの関連性に関する研究
―東京保健医療専門職大学の作業療法学科・理学療法学科１年生における検討―

抄録
本研究は、現代日本における家族の世帯構造の変化やひとり親家庭の増加による家族における介護力低下などに伴い、本来大人が担うようなケア責任を引き受け、家事や家族の世話、介護、感情面のサポートなどを行っているヤングケアラー（Young Carer：以下YC）について、医療系大学1年生を対象に行われた家族心理学的研究である。
調査対象は、東京保健医療専門職大学の作業療法・理学療法学科１年生112名（平均年齢=18.3）、質問紙の構成は、フェイスシートと家族スタイル尺度、対人倫理感尺度、子どもの親化尺度、YC実態調査項目であった。分析の結果、家族内にケアする人が「いる」と回答したのは全体の15.3%であったが、YCと認められたのは３％であった。加えて、子どもの親化尺度の因子分析、および４種類の家族スタイルとYCとの関連性についても検討した結果、独裁的および放任的家族スタイルとYCには有意な正の相関が認められた。
A Study on Scale Development and its Relationship with Family Styles on Young Carers as Parentification in Children.

Abstract
This study is a family psychological research conducted on first-year medical college students regarding young carers who may take on the care responsibilities of adults and provide housework, family care, nursing care, and emotional support.
The subjects were 112 first-year students （mean age = 18.3） majoring in the Department of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy at Tokyo Professional University of Health Sciences. The questionnaire consisted of a face sheet and Family Style Scale, Relational Ethics Scale （RES）, Child Parentification Scale, and Young Carer survey items.
The results of the statistical analysis showed that 15.3% of all participants answered that there was someone in their family to care for them, but only 3% were identified as true young carers. In addition, a factor analysis of the Child Parentification Scale was conducted, and the correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship between the four types of family styles and the degree of Young Carer. As a result, there was a significant positive correlation between the autocratic and anarchic family styles and the degree of Young Carer.
