『学習権宣言』をどう理解し、実践するか。その１
―「学習権」とは何か、それは何を意味するのか。―
抄録
現代日本の職業教育における「学習権」を考える上で、重要な基準となりえる資料として、ユネスコの成人教育会議での「学習権宣言」を取り上げる。その上で、この宣言をベースとして「学習権宣言」を理解するとともに、その内容をどう学習支援で実践に移していくかについて、学習権宣言の冒頭の６項目に関して、宣言の項目に即して論じた。学習権宣言は、この６項目の後にその意味や理由に関して触れている重要な文面が続いているが、この点は次の稿で論じることとする。
How to understand and put into practice the “Declaration on the Right to Learn”
― What is the “right to learn” and what does it mean? － Part 1. ―
Abstract
When considering the “right to learn” in contemporary Japanese vocational education, we will discuss the “Declaration on the Right to Learn” from the UNESCO Conference on Adult Education as an important reference document. We discuss the first six items of the Declaration on the Right to Learn, in order to understand the Declaration and how to put its contents into practice through learning support. After these six items in the Declaration on the Right to Learn, there are important passages that touch on the meaning and reasons for these six items; this topic will be discussed in the next article.
