多様性教育から見た介護福祉士養成課程における介護実習の現状と課題
―多様性を生かした介護福祉教育方法の体系化を目指して―
抄録
本稿では、介護福祉士養成課程における「介護実習」に焦点を当て、「多様性」および「多様性教育」への考察を行った。多様性教育から見た、「介護実習」の現状と課題について整理し、その上で、「多様性教育」を実践していくためには、「多様性の価値」を知ることから始める必要がある。マイノリティ（少数派）には、マジョリティ（多数派）にはない価値がある。「多様性」の受容と「インクルージョン」を掛けた時、学生の個性が花開き、そこから新たな価値創造と許容性の高い社会を築いていくことが可能となる。それこそが「多様性教育」の目指すものであると考える。
Current Issues of a feild Practicum in the Care Worker Training Course from the Perspective of Diversity Education
― Aiming at Organizing Education Methods for Care Workers to Implement Diversity Education ―
Abstract
In this paper, I focused on a field practicum in the care worker training course and considered its diversity and diversity education. In order to sort out the current issues of caregiving practice from the perspective of, and then to implement diversity education, it is necessary to start with understanding the values of diversity. Minorities have values that majorities may not have. Therefore, if we aim for acceptance and inclusion of diversity, students’ individuality may blossom, and this will lead to the creation of new values and to building a highly tolerant society. I believe that this is the goal of diversity education.
