性的マイノリティの生きづらさの意味
―カミングアウトから捉える支援のあり方―
抄録
カミングアウトとは、異性愛者でないことや生まれて時に与えられた性別への違和感を表明することとされている。しかし、2015（平成27）年一橋大学法科大学院生へのアウンティングによる自殺でも明らかなように肯定的側面より、社会的ないじめや偏見という形で疎外、排除される対象として否定的な側面が増大する可能性を孕んでいるものと言える。そのため、先行研究を整理することで、性的マイノリティの個人としての生きづらさは、カミングアウトすること、しないことでどのように変化するのか明らかにする。
事例では、性的マイノリティの性的指向や性自認で苦しんだことを起点として「生きる意味」を見出すことができた。今後は、多様性を包摂する社会の在り方を制度面、カミングアウト前後の支援方法、支援体制について研究を深めたい。

Abstract
Coming out is meant to express a discomfort with one’s assigned gender at birth and that one is not heterosexual.
However, as is clear based on the suicide caused by the announcement to Hitotsubashi University Law School students in 2015, it can comprise a negative aspect in that one can become an object to be alienated and excluded in the from of social bullying and prejudice. lt can be said that this negative aspect has the potential to increase.
Therefore, by organizing previous studies, we will clarify how the difficulty of living as an individual belonging to a sexual minority for sexual changes with and without coming out.
In the case, we were able to identify the meaning of life starting from suffering from one’s sexual orientation and gender identity among sexual minorities.
In the future, I aspire to deepen my research on the institutional aspect of a society that embraces diversity, support methods before and after coming out, and support systems.
