要旨
介護職員の業務分析をおこない、キャリアや専門性に応じた機能分化をおこなうことが必要となる。本研究では「生活支援技術」に着目し、介護福祉専門職の資格単位枠組み（案）（以下RQF）を作成したものである。
レベル１からレベル８に分けRQFを作成した。その結果、参考にした資料における教育内容の違いがほとんどなく、整合性をもって段階的に教育内容を変えていない現状が明らかとなった。

Abstract
It is necessary to analyze the work of long-term care staff and differentiate their functions according to their careers and specialties.
In this research, we focused on “life support technology” and created a qualification unit framework （draft） （hereinafter referred to as RQF） for long-term care and welfare professionals.
RQF was created by dividing from level １ to level 8.
As a result, it became clear that there was almost no difference in the educational content in the referenced materials, and that the educational content was not changed step by step in a consistent manner.
